Youth and Audience Mobility
One of the core objectives of the Rolling Film Festival is to ensure that culture and cinema are accessible to everyone, regardless of where they live. During the festival, a dedicated bus service will travel through villages and communities, providing free transportation for young people and audience members to attend screenings, panel discussions, and cultural events in Prishtina.
By connecting rural areas and communities with limited access to public transportation, the initiative removes practical barriers to participation and encourages greater cultural inclusion. The mobility programme is designed not only to bring audiences to the festival, but also to create opportunities for dialogue, exchange, and shared experiences among people from diverse backgrounds. Through this effort, the festival strengthens community engagement, expands access to culture, and ensures that the celebration of cinema reaches beyond the city and into communities throughout Kosovo.
