Rolling Film Festival: ParTners

	Project implemented by [Balkan Sunflowers] is an international grassroots organisation, founded in 1999 to aid the Kosovar refugees. Volunteers from around the world saw the TV images of the war and refugee emergency. They wanted to help in ways that money could not. They believed that person-to-person contact with aid workers who came to work as friends and neighbors, might help restore community life in ways that emergency aid and political support alone could not. www.balkansunflowers.org
	[Romawood] is independent film production to which gives opportunity to young Roma people to learn and to express other Roma trough artistic methods, thus producing documentary film towards the Roma communities at the moment in Balkans and in the future all over Europe. Romawood got born when the first film was made in 2003 in Plemetina village in Kosovo, where the native’s of its town learned the filmmaking techniques. www.romawood.wordpress.com
	With the participation of [Global Motion] / Drawing on the experience of 30 years of social-arts programs implemented around the world, GLOBAL MOTION has introduced in Kosovo, a program aimed at empowering youth to utilize the arts for addressing critical social issues that affect their communities – prejudice, AIDS, gender equality, ethnic strife, prostitution, human trafficking, abuse, human rights, drugs, poverty, violence, conflict, environmental protection, and more. Youth from different backgrounds are learning how to work together in teams, creating and performing artistic material as well as gaining life skills such as consultative decision-making, creative and critical thinking, self-expression, tolerance, conflict-resolution, the respect for both genders, and organizational abilities. [UNV] The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. [Artpolis] is a Kosovo-based NGO that promotes culture, arts and multiethnic co-existence through social dialogue and use of theatre as a tool for promoting diversity. Founded in 2003, its primary mission is to enhance cultural development the social dialogue.
